Missions

Hope Community Church exists to glorify God by proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ, making disciples, and demonstrating Christ’s love through compassionate action—locally and globally. We are dedicated to advancing God’s kingdom by strengthening churches and addressing tangible needs.
Through ongoing partnerships with orphanages and congregations in Migori and Kisii, Kenya, we provide school uniforms, books, supplies, registration fees, food, medicine, and Wi-Fi access—equipping children for education and families for long-term stability.
Additionally, we conduct weekly Bible studies via Zoom with churches in Migori and Kisii, providing consistent teaching, discipleship, and pastoral support. We also engage in global outreach through annual mission trips to the Dominican Republic and Guatemala, working alongside local ministries to share the Gospel, encourage leaders, and support community development. In everything we do, we aim to embody the hope of Christ—living on mission, loving sacrificially, and building bridges of faith across cultures and nations.

Jorge and Ileana Solis currently serve as missionaries in the Dominican Republic. We send members from our church every year on a trip to serve and proclaim Jesus Christ!. 

Each year, we send a team of medical professionals for 8 days to serve the poor and lost in the Dominican Republic and Guatemala. Please click of the link below for more information.
