Introducing Hope Community Church of Racine – Poised to Make a Difference

In a challenging world, amid challenging times, there is a need for people who are emboldened by the opportunities to do good and bring hope to others. Hope Community Church is a local congregation poised to make a difference in challenging times! It is Hope’s mission to take on the challenges of our times with the loving message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, backed by powerful, practical demonstrations of the love produced by that message in ways that impact the local community and beyond.

Hope was officially formed on May 27, 2015 and pursues its mission through the service of its members and key ministry partners throughout the region and local community. Among the strong and established ministry partners walking alongside Hope are these: The Lakeland Baptist Association, The Minnesota/Wisconsin Baptist Convention, The Southern Baptist Convention, Youth For Christ of Southeast Wisconsin, Angelstone Ministries and The Navigators. These partnerships have enabled Hope to carry out its ministry with strength, confidence and decisive action.

Hope is not only strong through its partnerships, but also from a strong and committed membership, comprised of dedicated people from many walks of life. As a caring community of many cultures, Hope’s membership is comprised of people from a variety of backgrounds, ethnicities and perspectives, yet all united as followers of Jesus! Hope is not bound by uniformity but rather united in faith and devoted to the Great Commandment: To love God with completely in heart, soul, mind and strength and to love others with the same enthusiasm as one has for oneself!

Hope’s commitment to make a difference in the community and in the world is best exemplified by its devotion to the Great Commission given by Jesus: that members of Hope will be witnesses for Jesus “here, there and everywhere!” Hope members live as witnesses by taking part n and supporting works that serve to extend hands in compassion to those in need locally and globally. Hope is committed to ministries in the Philippines and India, where the work involves efforts that have provided hunger relief, community development and the promotion of education. Some of the fruit of Hope mission efforts include the construction of a new school, the establishment of businesses, the training of ministry leaders and the provision of community services.

Hope is truly devoted to serve with compassion and love to make a difference!
